Advanced Programming and Robotics Summer Workshop

In a series of hands-on activities, your kids will experience all the key elements of robotics. Using special "Vex" kits - the same robots used in high school competitions - they'll learn to use tools, wheels, gears, and motors to design and build a radio controlled robot.
Each session starts with a new robotic design challenge. Students will then learn and work together in small groups to build and optimize a robot to complete the day's challenge. These workshops are specially designed to introduce technology concepts to kids both with and without previous experience with robotics.
