Less than 16 hours to the start of Girltopia as of this posting. We at Rolling Robots are very excited to be participating. For those of you who won't be able to make it, here are a few pictures from our booth as we were setting up. (They're a little blurry -- we were just so excited.)

10,000 kids and their parents are expected. We hope you'll be one of them. See you at the Convention Center!

We at Rolling Robots hate hearing that girls can't be engineers, or that robots are only for boys. That's crazy talk.

We also think that girls rock. If they want to build robots, or be a scientist, then we think that's awesome. That's why we're so excited to announce our booth at this year's Girltopia. Thanks to the Girl Scouts of Greater Los Angeles for putting on this great event.

Hey guys, just wanted to share some video from this Saturday's event. We took a bunch of Vex kits and Battle Bots out to the Los Feliz Charter School for the Arts' Halloween Carnival. The kids battled at our tent all day (oh, and big ups to Jerry for keeping the robots active all day). We also brought some kits out and talked to the parents about Rolling Robots Birthday Parties and After School Workshops.

Up and coming Disney star Gig Morton came in to Rolling Robots at the Americana at Brand to build -- what else -- robots! Maybe he'll have his next birthday party with us. (We can only hope...)
