Merchandise refund policy: For purchases bought in-store, refunds are available within 30 days of purchase date with receipt. Refund to original credit card. For cash or debit purchases, cash refunded up to $50. Any cash or debit purchases over $50 are refunded by check one week after processing.

Exchange policy: To exchange a purchase in-store, exchange within 30 days of purchase date with receipt for any manufacturing defects or unopened purchases.
Party cancellation policy: If canceled within five days of your party, we will refund your entire payment 80% to your credit card for credit purchases or 80% in check for cash purchase, and 20% in store credit. If canceled less than five days before your party we do not refund the deposit, however you can change the date of your party to any available time slot at no extra charge.

Camp cancellation policy: If canceled within five days or more of your camp, we will refund your entire payment less $50 processing fee, to your credit card for credit purchases. If canceled less than five days before your camp start date we do not refund the payment, however you can change the date of your camp to any available time slot at no extra charge.

Coupon policy: Use of coupon is bound by the offer contained within and are limited by its expiration date, if applicable. Coupons cannot be combined or exchanged for cash.
